Pumpkin Pie Prose To Get Your Ready For Thanksgiving!

We are 4 days away from Thanksgiving. Everyone is making their last-minute grocery list and have a little less to eat so they can stuff themselves at the delicious holiday table and clean up their home for guests.

To get you into the spirit of the best dessert on Thanksgiving day, the Pumpkin Pie!

Fun Facts:

Did you know that pumpkin is a berry? Yup, that's right, they grow from a single flower like watermelon and bananas.

Pumpkins are also mainly made up of 90% water, which is why they have a low-calorie intake.

The pumpkin has about 500 seeds, which makes a wonderful addition for using the seeds for roasting, arts and crafts, or planting.

Here are what some famous people have said about pumpkin pies.

References for more quotes about pumpkins.

“Vegetables are a must on a diet. I suggest carrot cake, zucchini bread, and pumpkin pie.”- Jim Davis

“Sometimes I wake up in the morning thinking about pumpkin pie.”- Damien Echols

“For me, it's all about the feeling you get when you smell pumpkin spice, cinnamon, nutmeg, gingerbread, and spruce.” - Taylor Swift

“When life gives you pumpkins, make pie.”- A Play on Elbert Hubbard's Words

Now for my culinary prose poem

Here is an excerpt:

"Oh, the pumpkin pie is one of my favorite pies for Thanksgiving. Nothing is better than a warm, spicy flavor full of cinnamon nutmeg with hints of clove...."
